Day 10- Project You- Affirmation Overload

Journal entry- After reading chapter 6 of “You are a Bad Ass” by Jen Sincero, I’m going to start writing affirmations on a daily basis.  In the book, the author shares techniques to motivate others to practice self-love.  This chapter spoke to me in so many ways.  Just to name a few of the topics, – Appreciate How Special You Are, Drown Yourself in Affirmations, and Do Things You Love.  Moving forward, I will write affirmations in the morning and in the evening.  I will focus on all of my good qualities.  I will continue to do those things I am passionate about.

The author recommends writing your affirmations ten times in the morning, ten times in the evening and to say them out loud:
